Three years after leaving university, Floris Croon and his partner started their own Management Consulting industry, Boer & Croon Management Consultants. His experience in the marine and leading role in travel organization NBBS gave him the needed insights, which turned Boer & Croon Management into a success. When both partners quit at an age of 55, Floris Croon founded the New Business Inspiration Partners, which helps new businesses to encounter the market, using knowledge and skills of yet restless seniors.
