Jakob Berndt - "drinking helps"
At three o clock at night Paul Bethke woke up in his bed and found the name for his new drink: LemonAid. It should taste like the self-made lemonade he was drinking in Sri Lanka after swimming in the sea at the beach. And it should help the local people. Since the end of June Bethke is selling LemonAid with his school friend Jakob Berndt, both 28. The two guys from Hamburg are not only trying to fill a market gap but also achieve liquid development aid by their fashionable drink. With the claim "trinken hilft" (Drinking helps) Jakob and Paul promote their homemade revolution consisting of fair trade products from Brazil and Paraguay and offer them in Hamburg and Berlin's hot spots.
